COVID-19

Our top priority is to keep our community safe and healthy. We've been closely monitoring the recommendations and actions taken to help decrease the potential spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the state of Texas, and the City of Bulverde.
 
Please know that cancellation and closure decisions do not come easily. The Board of Directors and the Association management team frequently communicate and carefully consider all options, including what the surrounding Federal and local government agencies recommend.
 
Amenity Closure Update
´╗┐The health and safety of our residents are important. We recognize that resuming normal operations will need to be executed in phases to allow flexibility in resuming daily functions.
 
In an effort to resume normal business operations, the following is an update on openings/closures for Hidden Trails.
 
Management Office
The management office is open by appointment only. Click the RESIDENTS > Schedule An Appointment tab to make an appointment. For COVID-19 no-contact practices, welcome packets and key cards will be dropped off to homes with proper paperwork provided. Design Review Applications for the ACC can be placed in the drop-box next to the front door of the Amenity Center.  
 
Virtual Office Hours – Virtual office hours will now be available by appointment only. Simply contact Tracy at ksullivan@ccmcnet.com to schedule a video chat! We’re here for you! 
 
Pool
The pool is now closed for the 2020 season.  
 
Fitness Room
The fitness room will be open for use at the maximum capacity limit allowed of 75% with limited hours and operating procedures. This equates to 6 people at one time utilizing the fitness room. The fitness room will run on a reservation system weekdays only between the hours of 10 am - 3:30 pm. No weekends at this time.
 
The Community Room
The Community Room remains closed at this time.
 
Comal County Judge Sherman Krause signed an order on July 1, 2020 mandating all businesses to have a Safety Plan that requires the wearing of face coverings for employees and customers. Click here for more information. 
 
All amenities areas such as the Amenity Center, Fitness Center, Pool, and Parks are cleaned and sanitized on a weekly basis. The currently cleaning schedule is as follows:

We're continuing to encourage residents to follow physical distancing recommendations and health and safety guidelines when out in the community, and common areas. As with all things in this uncertain time, any amenities you use or areas you visit, are at your own risk.
