HOA Bill

Hidden Trails assessments are billed quarterly and are considered late after 45 days. Due dates for each quarter are Jan. 1, Apr. 1, Jul. 1 and Oct. 1.  You will receive your statement in the mail usually 3-4 weeks in advance. If you have recently closed on your home, you may have pre-paid some or all of your dues for the first year at closing. Please check your documents to verify this. 
 
We are pleased to announce that residents are now able to access their HOA accounts online here. Please note: Q1 statements include the new account numbers and login credentials to access the homeowner account portal.

  • Links for online payments and eStatement sign-up
  • Self-service billing address and contact information changes
  • And more important community information

Homeowner Online Account Web Portal

and sign in with the username and password on your account statement. 
 
Once logged in, you'll have access to:

Your Bank Account (Electronic Check)

No charge payment option.
 
Set up Hidden Trails as a "payee" through your personal bank as you would any other vendor you pay currently. You will need your account number and the billing address listed on your paper bill to set this up the first time. 

Mail

No charge payment option.
 
You may always mail in a check along with your coupon/statement stub.

*Please note: Due to a system upgrade in September 2021, all homeowner account numbers have changed and will reflect on the January 2022 assessment invoice. 

One-Time or Recurring Payments

To pay with a debit or credit card directly through the bank's payment portal, click here to make a payment or set up an online account.  There is a $14.95 processing fee per one-time debit/credit card transaction. *Please note: Assessments are due in full at the beginning of each quarter month.  To avoid late penalties, do not select the "monthly" schedule for recurring payments. Residents can choose the quarterly option or pre-pay assessments for the entire year. 

Direct Debit

No-charge option.
 
Have your payment directly debited from your bank account when due. To set up this option, download the direct debit form here. Please follow the instructions noted on the form to set up your account. You can also check with your bank to issue electronic checks to your Association's Bank. Reference assessment invoice for details. 
You may sign up for e-Statement assessment billing if you prefer to have your assessment billing statement delivered to you via email instead of the paper option by visiting https://ccmcnet.opt-e-mail.com/signup.
