HOA Bill

Hidden Trails assessments are billed quarterly and are considered late after 30 days. Due dates for each quarter are Jan. 1, Apr. 1, Jul. 1 and Oct. 1.  You will receive your statement in the mail usually 3-4 weeks in advance. If you have recently closed on your home, you may have pre-paid some or all of your dues for the first year at closing. Please check your documents to verify this. 
Please Note: Auto-draft payments made through Union Bank should be canceled and set up through the new bank, Pacific Western. Additional payment options are available below.

Homeowner Online Account Web Portal

Visit https://vmsweb.ccmcnet.com/resident.aspx
and sign in with the username and password on your account statement. 
Once logged in, you'll have access to:
  • Your association account balance
  • Links for online payments and eStatement sign-up
  • Self-service billing address and contact information changes
  • And more important community information

You may sign up for e-Statement assessment billing if you prefer to have your assessment billing statement delivered to you via email instead of the paper option by visiting https://ccmcnet.opt-e-mail.com/signup.
