HOA Bill
Hidden Trails assessments are billed quarterly. Assessments for 2024 are $270 per quarter. This is an increase from 2023 assessments. Due dates for each quarter are Jan. 1, Apr. 1, Jul. 1, and Oct. 1. Payments received after the 1st are considered late and subject to late fees and interest. You will receive your statement in the mail usually 3-4 weeks in advance. If you have recently closed on your home, you may have pre-paid some or all of your dues for the current and following quarter closing. Please check your Closing Disclosure documents to verify this.
Please Note: As of July 2023, the Association's bank is now Alliance Association Bank (AAB). Auto-draft payments set up directly through Pacific Western will need to be canceled. Any ACH payments set up through CCMC have been canceled unless residents have given permission directly to AAB to transfer ACH payments.

- Account Number: 6-Digit number located on your statement. You can also contact the onsite office to obtain this information as well.
