Room Rental Fee
Thank you for your interest in renting the Hidden Trails Community Room.
Community Room Rentals operate on a first-come, first-serve basis, with the following items required to secure a reservation date.
- Property Account must be in Good Standing
- Community Room Rental Contract and Agreement filled and signed by Homeowner
- $200 Rental Fee (80 guests or less) or $300 (80+ guests)
- $200 Deposit Check: The deposit must be in the form of a check and have the Homeowner's name on it
Community Room is for 8 hour usage of the Community Room, which includes your set-up, event and breakdown time.

Do not submit a payment without prior confirmation of the available date with on-site management.
Please Note: Submitting a Community Room Rental payment does not secure your requested reservation date. Once all required items are submitted to the Management Office, Lifestyle Director Sharon Cornell will send you an official email confirming your Rental Reservation.
