CLUBS AND GROUPS

Are you interested in starting a Club/Group at Hidden Trails? Awesome! Please read the information below on policies and requirements when starting a Club/Group at Hidden Trails.

 

Requirements: Club/Group lead coordinator(s) shall be homeowners in good standing with the Association. Regular participation from the lead coordinator and group members is required to continue utilizing the Amenity Center space. The club/group must have a minimum of 5 active members to be acknowledged as a Club/Group. There must be 10 or more active members to host club/group meetings in the Amenity Center. A report of attendance will be required at start-up. 

 

 

Securing a Room: To secure a monthly recurring meeting date for your club/group, a member charter with a minimum of 10 members must be submitted to Lifestyle Director Sharon Cornell, and approved. Recurring meeting dates and times are subject to availability.

 

Please submit all required documents to Lifestyle Director, Sharon Cornell, either in person during office hours or via email at sharon.cornell@ccmcnet.com.

 

Meet on the 1st Friday of the Month

11:30 AM - 2:30 PM | Meeting Location should be confirmed with the POC as off-site meetings may be routine.

Description: Meet residents who are interested in sharing favorite recipes and alternating food theme concepts while enjoying lunch either in the Community Room or off-site. Open to males and females.

 

Meet on the 1st Wednesday of the Month

7:00 PM - 8:00 PM | Community Room

This group presents an opportunity for business owners in the community to network, share information, and skills. 

 

Sew and Sews
Meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the Month
1:00 - 5:00 PM | Community Room

Description: Members meet to sew personal or group charity projects. Members have donated to El Dorado Elementary School, local children's hospitals, and other community outreach programs. 

 

Meets on the 2nd Thursday of the Month

For families expecting and those with children up to age 5. A group by mamas, for mamas to connect and build friendships during this special stage of life, for both us and our little ones and us. We host craft potlucks, mom nights out, playdates, stroller walks, and more.

 

Meet on the 3rd Wednesday of the Month-Meeting Location should be confirmed with the POC, as off-site meetings may be scheduled 

6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

This group is designed for our single adult residents and offers opportunities to connect with others, build friendships, and enjoy shared interests and experiences, helping to create a stronger, more connected community.
