CLUBS AND GROUPS
Are you interested in starting a Club/Group at Hidden Trails? Awesome! Please read the information below on policies and requirements when starting a Club/Group at Hidden Trails.
Requirements: Club/Group lead coordinator(s) shall be homeowners in good standing with the Association. Regular participation from the lead coordinator and group members is required to continue utilizing the Amenity Center space. The club/group must have a minimum of 5 active members to be acknowledged as a Club/Group. There must be 10 or more active members to host club/group meetings in the Amenity Center. A report of attendance will be required at start-up.
Securing a Room: To secure a monthly recurring meeting date for your club/group, a member charter with a minimum of 10 members must be submitted to Lifestyle Director Sharon Cornell, and approved. Recurring meeting dates and times are subject to availability.
Please submit all required documents to Lifestyle Director, Sharon Cornell, either in person during office hours or via email at sharon.cornell@ccmcnet.com.
Lunch Bunch
Meet on the 1st Friday of the Month
11:30 AM - 2:30 PM | Meeting Location should be confirmed with the POC as off-site meetings may be routine.

Muchkin Mamas
