HOA ASSESSMENT

Hidden Trails assessments are billed quarterly. Assessments for 2026 are $357 per quarter. Due dates for each quarter are Jan. 1, Apr. 1, Jul. 1, and Oct. 1. Payments received after the 1st are considered late and subject to late fees and interest. Statements and notices are generally issued at least one month in advance. If you have recently closed on your home, you may have prepaid some or all of your dues for the current and following quarter closing. Please check your Closing Disclosure documents to verify this.
 
Please Note: The Association's bank is Western Alliance Bank.

The bank for Hidden Trails Community is Western Alliance Bank.  If you have not done so, please set up a user profile with the new bank for future payments or to set up auto-draft.

  • Account Number: 6-Digit number located on your statement. You can also contact the onsite office to obtain this information as well.

ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION ONLINE USING THE RESIDENT WEB PORTAL
 
Visit https://vmsweb.ccmcnet.com/resident.aspx
and sign in with the username and password on your account statement. 
 
Once logged in, you'll have access to:
  • Your association account balance
  • Self-service billing address and contact information changes
  • And more important community information
