Access Card Purchase or Replacement Fee

 

All residents must sign a Facility Use Agreement before receiving amenity fobs. 

Homeowners receive 2 fobs when they purchase their home, and they may purchase an additional 2 fobs.  Tenants may purchase up to 2 fobs after providing a copy of their current lease agreement to the office. 

 

Please Note: Accounts must remain in good standing with the Association for amenity access. The purchase of amenity cards does not guarantee access. Please contact the Management Office at 830-438-4137 for any questions and to arrange to pick up your amenity card.
